Return and Exchange is always privileged to provide the best product and the most satisfying service to its customers, but there are some limitations which we as a private body have to take care of.  We ask for your cooperation in meeting our exchange policies in order to make the buying experience a pleasant one for both the company and the customers.

Also, we advise customers to double check the size, color, and other specifications of the product before placing the order as 95% of the times the return request is placed as a result of product replacement for a different size or color product.  

Cancellation of the orders

The order cancellation should be made within 24 hours and if the cancellation will be made inside 48 hours so we will refund the entire sum in purchaser’s account, however in the event that client still wishes to drop the order so the accompanying conditions will apply:

1. Cancellation of the order after 48 hours will bring about an immediate deduction of 30% from your paid sum.

2. Before delivery cancellation of the order within 5 days will bring about an immediate deduction of 50% from the paid sum.

3. No Cancellation will be engaged after 5 days of order affirmation.


Note, there will be no returns/exchange of incorrect sizes for standard and custom products. It is essential that you cross check your measurements carefully before placing an order.

1. Email us to about the merchandise you gotten, that wish to change your size.

2. We will answer your email with return direction.

3. You will be responsible for paying return shipment and exchange shipment. 4. If you order more than one jacket of the same size, we will not accept returns of the jackets. Different jackets will be dispatched separately 5. If you order the same jackets with multiple sizes, returns are not acceptable

Product Condition for Return

It is expected the product to be exchanged is exactly in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer and has not been used by the customer, except for trying it once. In case the customer is not able to meet these requirements, the product shall not be returned/exchanged or the customer will have to bear the additional fees in case it is returned. We charge extra as we will have to clean the dress and put tags on it again, which all costs us.
